 ABOUT DR. FULLER AND DR. LEONARD 

Dr. Fuller, founder of Triad Ocular and Facial Plasic Surgery, is a specialist in ophthalmic cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, and she is one of the few physicians in the region who completed a fellowship certified by the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.  Her expertise includes functional surgery, cosmetic surgery and rejuvenation.  Cosmetic services include upper and lower blepharoplasty, brow lifting, and injectables.  Since 2022, she's been selected as a Castle Connolly Top Doctor.

Dr. Anthony Leonard joined the practice in 2024 and is a dedicated, award-winning, and meticulous board certified ophthalmologist with advanced fellowship training in oculofacial plastic surgery. He specializes in both aesthetic and reconstructive surgery of the eyelids, eye socket, tear ducts and face. He takes pride in helping patients reach their goals by medical, minimally invasive, and/or surgical approaches. Cosmetic services include upper and lower blepharoplasty, canthoplasty, brow lifting, laser skin resurfacing, and injectables like Botox and dermal fillers. A Galax, VA native, Dr. Leonard enjoys serving his extended hometown community here in the beautiful North Carolina Piedmont. When not providing top-notch oculofacial care, he cherishes his time as a proud husband, father of four, disc jockey, and Rotarian who enjoys the great outdoors and barbecue.
